Harry Potter & The Prisoner of Azkaban
hpWhere's Snape?
Here is a list of every mention made of Snape in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban as well as a couple of excerpts from the book. I am using the paperback edition of the book with the ISBN 0439136369 (you can find this number with the publishing information in the front of the book). I'd also like to mention that in some parts Snape is merely being talked about, not necessarily speaking himself.

hpExcerpts
snapeA jet of sparks shot from the end of Professor Lupin's wand and hit the doorknob. The wardrobe burst open. Hook-nosed and menacing, Professor Snape stepped out, his eyes flashing at Neville.
snapeNeville backed away, his wand up, mouthing wordlessly. Snape was bearing down on him, reaching inside his robes.
snape"
R — r — riddikulus!" squeaked Neville.
snapeThere was a noise like a whip crack, Snape stumbled; he was wearing a long, lace-trimmed dress and a towering hat with a moth-eaten vulture, and he was swinging a huge crimson handbag.

snape"Crackers!" said Dumbledore enthusiastically, offering the end of a large silver noisemaker to Snape, who took it reluctantly and tugged. With a bang like a gunshot, the cracker flew apart to reveal a large, pointed witch's hat topped with a stuffed vulture.
snapeHarry, remembering the boggart, caught Ron's eye and they both grinned; Snape's mouth thinned and he pushed the hat toward Dumbledore, who swapped it for his wizard's hat at once.

snape"What would your head have been doing in Hogsmeade, Potter?" said Snape softly. "Your head is not allowed in Hogsmeade. No part of your body has permission to be in Hogsmeade."
snape"I know that," said Harry, striving to keep his face free of guilt or fear. "It sounds like Malfoy is having hallucin—"
snape"Malfoy is not having hallucinations," snarled Snape, and he bent down, a hand on each arm of Harry's chair, so that their faces were a foot apart. "If your head was in Hogsmeade, so was the rest of you."
