- Reading The Body Keeps the Score. Getting into the mechanics of trauma — how it lives in the body, not just the memory. More on that in an essay later.
- Claude, and especially Claude Code. Finding new places to put AI to work, both in side projects and at the day job.
Thinking about
The big one I keep circling: what should I actually spend my life on? What gives me happiness, what gives me fulfillment, what gives me peace — and why those three aren't the same thing.
Life
New job, new apartment, a general refocus on what matters. Trying to get back into journaling and writing, and leaning into minimalism — less stuff, more signal. Probably becomes a project page, maybe an essay.
